At A Time 2 Talk we aim to reach as many people as possible who are need of counselling or a listening service and therefore welcome referrals from other professionals and organisations.
If you have someone that you wish to refer, please download the referral form and send this back to A Time 2 Talk via e-mail (please note our email is not encrypted) alternatively a referral can be taken over the phone by calling us on 07538 891 325.
A Time 2 Talk made the hard decision in 2020 to apply fees for our services when we are taking referrals from organisations. We are based in The Dene Centre and like all other small CIC's we have overheads to cover. We receive donations from the people who use the service and support from local businesses, which is greatly received, and to reduce the cost of delivering the service none of our counsellors or administrative staff take a salary or claim expenses.
We hope that you can understand our ethos and would welcome your referral along with the financial support this would bring to A Time 2 Talk to help us to continue to deliver counselling and well being in the community.

Fees
We have two options available and our referral form reflects these, please remember to indicate which option you would like to take, thank you.
Option 1
Assessment session – free of charge, with 6 sessions @ £15.00 per session. Where the client needs further sessions the 7th and subsequent sessions will be free of charge to the organisation, AT2T will fund these additional sessions.
An invoice for £90.00 will be submitted following the 6th session or earlier if less sessions are needed by the client. The invoice will reflect the number of sessions that the client attended at a cost of £15.00 per session.
Option 2
A one-off payment of £60.00.
The invoice will be submitted at the 2nd session that the client attends.
If the client only attends one session, then an amount of £25.00 will be invoiced to cover the assessment fee of £10.00 and the first session fee of £15.00.
If the client only attends the assessment, then an invoice will be submitted for £10.00 to cover the assessment session.
