MENTAL HEALTH WELL-BEING

Below is a list of organisations that can provide support with anxiety and mental health well-being that we hope you may find helpful.  Included are telephone numbers and a link to a to three different relaxation scripts by Rob McGinley, who is one of the North East’s most prominent qualified trainers in counselling.

There is a useful app you can download to on your phone called Headspace which gives you many mindfulness tips and other relaxation techniques.  There is a charge for this app so please check cost before installing this app on your phone.   This is the website address, and you can trial this for free.
