Below is a list of organisations that can provide support with anxiety and mental health well-being that we hope you may find helpful.  We have included telephone numbers that may prove useful, and links to a video clip of Stephen Fry giving his advice about coping with anxiety at this time (from the BBC aired on Sunday 23rd March 2020) and three different relaxation scripts by Rob McGinley, who is one of the North East’s most prominent qualified trainers in counselling.

There is also a useful app you can download to on your phone called Headspace which gives you many mindfulness tips and other relaxation techniques.  There is a charge for this app so please check cost before installing this app on your phone.   This is the website address, and you can trial this for free.
