Private Practice

At a A Time 2 Talk, we provide Counselling Service in a safe non-judgemental environment and a confidential setting for people to explore areas in which they have become ’stuck’.

If you experiencing a life trauma it can impact on how you are feeling and how you are behaving.   You may become angry or tearful and be unable to deal with the simple things that you would normally find easy and trouble free.  This is the time when counselling can help.  You will have the opportunity to discuss your feelings and resulting behaviour in a safe environment, with someone who will not make a judgement on your behaviour or what you are thinking.

Further sessions, if you decide to continue with A Time 2 Talk will be charged at the rate of £40.00 per session.

Each session will last up to 50 minutes.
