Private Practice

At a A Time 2 Talk, we provide Counselling Service in a safe non-judgemental environment and a confidential setting for people to explore areas in which they have become ’stuck’.

If you experiencing a life trauma it can impact on how you are feeling and how you are behaving.   You may become angry or tearful and be unable to deal with the simple things that you would normally find easy and trouble free.  This is the time when counselling can help.  You will have the opportunity to discuss your feelings and resulting behaviour in a safe environment, with someone who will not make a judgement on your behaviour or what you are thinking.

The first meeting with us is to determine if counselling is the best way forward for you and the assessment session is charged at £10.00.  Your introductory session will give you the opportunity to discuss the counselling service and whether this is something that you feel will benefit you.  You will be able to ask any questions you may have and talk about any fears or concerns you may have about counselling.

Further sessions, if you decide to continue with A Time 2 Talk will be charged at the rate of £40.00 per session.

Each session will last up to 50 minutes.
