Private Practice

At a A Time 2 Talk, we provide both a Counselling and Listening Service in a safe non-judgemental environment and a confidential setting for people to explore areas in which they have become ’stuck’.

Are you experiencing a life trauma that is reflecting on how you are feeling and behaving, are you angry and unable to deal with the simple things that you would normally find easy?  Would you like to discuss or talk thorough your problems in a safe environment, with someone who will not judge you, or what you are thinking?  Would you like to voice how you are feeling?

A Time 2 Talk aims to give access to counselling to all individuals and therefore the service is designed to be cost effective.  Fees may be negotiable depending on income.

Your introductory session is charged at £10.00 then £30.00 for each session thereafter.

Each session will last up to 50 minutes.

Your introductory session will give you the opportunity to discuss the counselling service and whether this is something that you feel will benefit you.  You will be able to ask any questions you may have and talk about any fears or concerns you may have about counselling.
